Well for me...1. rasmali(rasgulla) -- we think same that it tops.2. gulabjamun3. kheer (can i consider it as sweet?)4. petha5. barfi(i like many varites)malpau?? i dont know this!!
Hi Nishu...Nothing beats ras malai :pI included link to malpua in next post. Its kind of milky sweet and fried.
Hi Grace...I think theres 2 types of mysore pak. one is soft and one is hard-ish. besan burfi falls somewhere in between and is more dense. The main difference probably lies in the texture.
