Chicken 65
I made Revathi's Chicken 65 baked and of course made a couple small changes. Wanted to write that down before I forgot (too late but, anyway)
Organic chicken breast cut into pieces
1 spoon peanut oil
kashmiri chili powder(for colour)
regular chili powder
turmeric, coriander, cumin, and (I think a pinch of mil's masala) powders.
Marinade at least 1-2 hrs. Add salt right before baking, otherwise it draws the moisture from the chicken!
Bake at 400 for 10-15 min per side.
In a pan heat 1t oil and pop mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped green chili. Add chicken to the pan and stir. Squeeze lime juice on top before serving.
