Sabudana kheer

1/3c sago
1/2c sugar
3c milk
cardamom
nutmeg
saffron

Soak sago covered in water for 20 mins. Drain and keep another 15 mins
Mix with milk and heat on low flame. Stir occasionally. When milk is hot, add saffron.
Sago will float when cooked, and can be mashed in your fingers. At that point add sugar, cardamom, nutmeg and cook a few more minutes.
