pineapple kesari bath

3/4c sooji
1/2 - 3/4c sugar
1small cup of chopped pineapple
1/2c milk
1c water
saffron
cardamom
clove
cashews
ghee

Heat milk and add saffron to it.Roast cashews in ghee and remove from pan. In same pan, add cloves then roast sooji. Add water while stirring, do not let lumps form. Then add milk. When it is almost cooked, add sugar and pineapple and cardamom. Continue stirring till it reaches desired consistency. Stir in cashews.
